Our standard processing schedule is Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Where possible, orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional order verification is required.

2. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and securely.

Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, and the size or weight of your order.

The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Strata Peptides cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be re-dispatched.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process. Claims for lost parcels may be subject to the courier’s investigation procedures before a replacement or refund can be issued.

8. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs of the packaging and contents to assist with our investigation.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

9. International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported into their destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Strata Peptides is not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities.

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel, the parcel is not collected from the courier, or an incorrect delivery address has been provided, the order may be returned to us.

Any costs associated with re-shipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
